This year, the ASCP Annual Conference will include an a dedicated online only day on the 30st of November. All online papers will be scheduled for this day. 

Please indicate whether you want to present online when submitting your abstract, and let us know about any scheduling constraints (e.g. time zone considerations) that would affect the timing of your presentation. You will have the opportunity to review the programme for the online day prior to the event.

Note that there are limited places, so the ASCP may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Online registration will also include access to the keynotes, plenary, and the AGM.

If I register to participate online, can I still attend the keynotes or vote in the AGM?

Yes. You will receive access to all online papers scheduled for the conference's online day; to the keynotes; to the plenary session; and to the AGM.

My paper needs to be scheduled at a particular time on the 30th - can this be accommodated? 

Please let us know about your timetabling needs when submitting your abstract. We will do our best to accommodate scheduling constraints, though we cannot guarantee that the programme will work for everyone.

My colleagues are attending the in-person component of the conference, but want to attend my paper. Will they be able to do so?

Yes. Everyone who registers to attend the conference in person will also receive the links for the dedicated online day.

I want to present online, but can't attend on the 30th of November. Can you schedule my paper for a different day of the conference, e.g. livestreaming it during an in person panel?

No, that won't be possible.
